We’re happy to continue our classes for children and middle school students this coming April!
These classes target beginning and intermediate level French speakers. The curriculum includes major vocabulary categories, verb tenses, and other French grammar components. Each of the four language skills – listening, speaking, reading, and writing – are covered in weekly groups with an Alliance Française instructor, using the best workbooks, videos and audio aids.
These classes will, of course, benefit children who already speak some French. However, they will particularly aid middle school students who are now studying French in school. Practice makes perfect!
CHILDREN CLASS
Thursdays 3:45 to 4:35 p.m.
First Class: April 12
8-week session; cost $120, plus a textbook fee.
MIDDLE SCHOOL CLASS
Saturdays 9:00 to 10:30 a.m.
First Class: April 14
8-week session; cost $220, plus a textbook fee.
Classes are held at the AF offices at 14415 N. 73rd Street, Suite 102, in Scottsdale. See our page entitled Contact Us for directions.
If the student already knows some French, he or she may need to take a placement test to determine the appropriate class level.
