Hosted by a French Soomelière, you will learn the bottles of wine to pick to match with your favorite dish (ribs, steak, lobster, codfish, cheese, cheesecake, etc.).
Pairing wine and food can be a difficult experience. Sylvia will present to you the type of wine that goes with some famous dishes and why those bottles are a good match.
During the workshop, Sylvia will also respond to all the questions you may have about wine and food pairing to ensure that you'll pick the perfect drink to complement your future menus!

Sylvia Rogalle is a trained sommelière with 15 years of experience in wine sales, wine tasting lessons, and wine menu management gained in France. She now lives in Alsace, France.
